This would be the place where I would apologize for the long delay between posts. In my defense, ADHD. And travel. And lack of routine and missing coffee. And a host of other valid reasons. But this isn't about me. This is about you finally receiving a new blog post that will make your life so much better. Because I'm an awesome and inspirational figure. So, as many of you know, I have ADHD. I choose to take medication, but there are many symptoms of this disorder that are not easily treated by medication. Rather, these are ingrained habits that require effort and lifestyle changes to adjust. One such habit is cleanliness.
